I truly believe education is the key. All great change takes time. I will learn to be more patient. I see small changes every day. I will remember to acknowledge the good changes. Take a Little Trip With Me…in Your Mind

If I feel myself feeling overwhelmed at work, for example, I stop, take 5 minutes and do a quick guided visualization. Maybe I will go to the beach for 5 minutes and feel the sand on my feet and the warmth of the sun and hear the waves crashing on the shore. I do the same thing each night when I go to bed.

Rally for Recovery
