This is where the fog starts to lift in our brain and our bodies often try to fight the changes all the way around.
Continue ReadingLiving life sober is a daily adjustment. I grow and learn how to communicate on a daily basis. I can take ownership of my faults and do my best to make them right. I know at the end of some days, I am left wondering how the heck I made it through the day. Still, more often, I thank my Higher Power, God, for getting me through the day sober and semi-sane. I have a “gratitude attitude” in knowing that, yes, I am alive today and get to live!
