Grow, Don’t Compare

Comparison is a big problem for me, personally. I’m an over-achiever, always on the lookout to be a little better than others around me. That is how I was raised. It can be draining. Today, I try today to make peace with myself and my accomplishments. Personal growth is not measured in how well I do compared to others, but only how well I do compared to yesterday.
